The venue is Woodlands Event Centre at Wyboston Lakes, Bedfordshire, MK44 3AL. It has amazing links to the M1, A1 and A421.
The Woodland Event Centre will be for our exclusive use for the whole weekend. The price quoted will entitle you to your accommodation and also:
Friday 14th August: Buffet Lunch, Buffet Dinner.
Saturday 15th August: Buffet Breakfast, Buffet lunch and Buffett Dinner.
Sunday 16th August: Buffet Breakfast.
*Lunch on Friday 14th August will be served between 1-3, with check in from 3pm.
*Check out on Sunday 16th 11am.
Additionally, there are unlimited tea and coffee facilities available.
The venue offers a bar and lounge area, ample indoor and outdoor seating areas, games, books on hand should you so wish, use of a cinema room and private secure parking on site.
Details on the planned events and running order of the weekend, including concours will follow in the coming weeks.
£390 for the whole 3-day inclusive event based on two people sharing a double room, this equates to £195 per night.
£234 for the whole 3-day inclusive event based on single room occupancy, this equates to £117 per night.

We promised you details for those that wished to attend as day visitors. The price for a day visitor will be £15 per car per day if prebooked, and £20 per car per day if you decide to attend on the day.
This will include entry to the event and the opportunity to include yourselves in as many or all of the planned daytime activities and evening entertainment (excluding dinner).
It is not possible to offer day visitors lunch. There is a café/restaurant at the Drift Inn called the Gravel Pit, or there is a Toby Carvery both are a short walk from the venue, or alternatively there are shops such as Tesco nearby.
If you wish to join us on either Friday and/or Saturday evening for buffet dinner and entertainment, we ask that you let us know, as laid out below.
Once the hotel is full, we will offer the buffet dinner on a first come first served basis. Please register your interest now on the attached booking form. No payment is required at this stage.
Registering will not guarantee you a place, as our priority is for those who are weekend residents. We will of course let you know whether a place has been reserved for you well in advance of the National and you will be required to pay at that point, this will be no later than 1st July. The cost of dinner and the evening entertainment will be £45 per person per night.
It is recommended that you secure personal travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes such as illness, or in the unlikely cancellation of the event.

Once again payment to your respective club will be required upon booking for day visitor(s) and will be required upon confirmation of dinner allocation.
As the whole event package has been so popular, it will not be possible to provide one night stays or stays on the Thursday or Sunday evenings at the Event Centre.
However, alternative accommodation is available, either at the Drift Inn (https://www.wybostonlakes.co.uk/drift-inn.aspx) which is within easy walking distance on the same estate, or just over the road at the Premier Inn. You will need to book these yourself directly.
