no, it won't hurt as it doesn't provide a location for the suspension, it purely acts to stop body roll

I put the old boy back on her wheels without the anti roll bar and drop links attached?

I will have the brake control rods attached to keep the lower arms steady I can't see that it would be a problem as I literally just need to be able to put him on terra firma and push him out the garage.
