The ceramic coating was around £600, I daresay a stainless manifold would be more, especially just for a one off. Maybe you could get a few more people interested and get a better price?
Top gear exhausts in Bridport have a very good reputation, so maybe ask them for a rough quote? |

Hi David.
Sorry for such a late reply to your message.
If your manifold is decent, you can always get it ceramic coated. I had mine done on my H120 and it's made a big difference, there's no more coughing and spluttering when going gets hot!
Zircotec do a really good service including collection and delivery.
If your manifold is past it's best, any decent exhaust fabrication company should be able to make one for you, using yours as a pattern.

Hi there, I lag my H120 exhaust manifold to try and keep under-bonnet heat down, but as the asbestos/fibreglass bandage also retains moisture it does the 4-2-1 manifold no good at all- Had the same problem with a Janspeed one on another car. Has anyone had a stainless manifold made? Details would be gratefully received... ATB David |
