Competed on the Hexham Historic Rally on Saturday night 140 miles around Northumbria and County Durham

The rebuilt engine performed faultlessly
managed to finish 5th after holding 2nd at the halfway halt
had a poorly navigator and had to keep stopping on the competitive sections

Love this car, truly rallying in style.
Poorly navigator, could get messy

Thanks for posting pics & info Andy. As I have said before; great to see a Fastback being campaigned so competitively. Cheers. G

Out last Sunday running Zero (course car) on Malton Motor Clubs

150 miles around the North Yorkshire Wolds
taking in timed special tests at Wykeham forest Sledmere house
and RAF Staxton Wold

Had a last minute drama on the way home from a car show last Wednesday night the head gasket blew in between 3 & 4 luckily I had a gasket "in stock"
car ran without fault on Sunday but looking to fit an electric fan before the next event in Wales 28th July

Last weekend saw the Rapier out on a very tough event in Wales
The 116 Targa tracks
We didn’t get away unscathed this time
Marred by a wrong tyre choice we slid off causing some damage to the n/s/front wing

Oof, but a flesh wound. Hopefully you and you co suffered less and didn't get any battle scars like the car.

Competed on the Mull Classic Rally at the weekend

managed to take the win and best time on the regularities
a very wet day for the marshals and spectators

looks like no motorsport for the foreseeable future, could even be next year before events resume
