Hey everybody,

Anybody seen this before?
It's the radiator out of our Humber sceptre MKIII,
it has an automatic gearbox, we were removing the engine, gearbox and front suspension last Tuesday when we noticed the radiator had 2 couplings...
It is used for cooling the gearbox oil.
Does anyone know if it works properly, how it works...
and maybe someone has a spare?

Never seen one of those.
Chrysler used to supply a separate oil cooler for the automatic gearbox as a special accessory kit. I've never seen one built in to the radiator.

I know about the separate ones, never seen this before either..
until know..
I'd have to check the parts book, to see if it's listed...

I checked the '72 parts book. I could not find it there.

strange, it's a '76 I believe, maybe mine 's a later book..

It doesn't look like something aftermarket or home made...

Yes, that was standard fitting on later Fastback Auto's. Both my '75 Auto's had that arrangement to cool the torque convertor I think. I still have a new rad with those fittings that I never sold when the cars went. Cheers. G.

Thanks BigT80
Would you be willing to sell it, and what would you want for it?
Ours looks to be in good condition, but needs a bit of soldering to the side panels.
