Friend of a friend has found a 1962 3A Rapier fintail in a field in Bedfordshire. Rotted out but "dash, glass and some trim may be salvageable" It's not clear if there's any mechanical parts but if it's complete it may be worth a rescue attempt although he guy who found it knows his stuff , classic car wise, so if he says it's rotted out, I'd expect it's too far gone to restore.
When I get them, I'll pass on the contact details via a PM and add any photos I may be able to get
Another found then, but maybe it won't be a survivor . Would you pass on reg. No./ Chassis No. colour in a PM , so we can add to club records. Maybe it is one we already know of, but would help to record its ultimate fate! Thanks. G.
