I used 40% uprated and lowered Sierra springs from SCA Race & Rally in Norwich. Go straight on and lower the front by about 25mm.

You can lower the back end with lowering blocks quite cheaply.

Improves the cornering and much more stable on the motorway especially on windy days.

you can get polybushes for everything, front and rear!

The standard sierra springs fit ok (sierra early type)and they do seem to lower the front end a tad, oh by the way they only fit the later rapier front struts with a cup type insert that seats the spring not the flat type ealier rapier strut if that makes sense !

i heard somewhere i can use sierra springs on a fastback,any ideas on lowering? and can i get polybushes or have i got to adapt from something else? oh and i need a steering wheel boss for a mountnet or a momo any ideas?-cheers simon
