Now on a different topic, I have also been approached to make the 1/4 light seals for the later Rapier based on the Hunter floor pan. Currently I have the series rapier seals made although stock is getting low. How much interest is there in the later rapier seals. I have to work out if it is viable to make as I would need sales of around 100 pairs to cover costs and make a small profit... If I go ahead seal should be available by the end of the year. Regards Frank

On the "Rootes group"-group on facebook,
they are talking of a guy called Frank Schoenberg of Queensland Australia, and he remakes a lot of seals, I've asked if he has a website and will give it to you the minute I get the information.

I see in "The Rapier Guide" that quarterlight seals were available in 2009. So, the question is, are they still available and, if so, where from?
