Thank you very much Peter.
Unfortunately as I have a convertible, I am rear parcel shelf-less. Luckily John Lockyer sent me a couple of photos of installations he has, on the drivers side parcel shelf. So at the moment I plan to copy one of those. Thanks again.

I have never seen them in another place than the back-window rear shelf.
I have them in my Rapier Series IV at that place and I had them in the sixties, when driving a Hillman Super Minx, at the same place.
By the way: radio's could be fitted by the Rootes factory if ordered on forehand, but also Rootes dealers placed them. In fact, while working for a Rootes dealer in the sixties, I have fitted some of them myself on cars of clients.

Regards,

Peter

Hello Sunbeams.
Can anyone post a picture of the original position of the radio speaker, as placed by Rootes Dealers if the radio was ordered from new, please?
Thank you.
