| Thanks Tony, it wasn't very well publicised, but it has been coming for about a year. I thought I had posted something up about it, but it seems not. Time will tell whether after 93 years of having them it will be a backward step. It has over-complicated things in my opinion; especially when buying and selling & will probably lead to more evasion, including cloning of cars with less vehicles insured. However, net revenue will probably go up as anyone selling a vehicle partway through the month will not be refunded, but the new owner will have back date to beginning of month and the government will get that months revenue twice!
