It's no problem that it's only the diff, we have a couple of rear axles lying around, AND it would be much easier taking it with us when it's only the diff.. ;)

how can we reach you.. Phone, E-mail...
We're still waiting on some other details before we can exactly set the details of our trip so we'd let you know somewhere middle of February when we'd be able to pick it up that saturday?

Hi, yes the diff is available, but its only a diff, and not the whole axle, I still need to be able to roll the car around.
Weekend of 1st of March, I am away on the 2nd, but around on the 1st, does that suit you?

will see what my father says and let you know!

(thanks Arrocuda for letting me have this one! )

I was thinking of maybe having an auto axle to replace the standard one after I've put the Holbay engine in. Also I'm thinking of a longer term plan for the 'Grim'. If you were local it might have made sense... but Kent! I'm probably nearer to Thomas then I am to you.

I'll let Thomas have 'first dibs' on this one.

Tim.

Well, I have had to convert my fastback to auto 'cos of my disability.
I managed to get hold of a donor car (Hunter shaped Singer) for all the auto bits 'n bobs. I am using the rear axle from a Ford, similar to what andyb has done on here to give me a better choice of ratio,s plus the axle is slightly narrower, thus giving me a better choice of wheels (wider) without any bodywork arch issues.

I am in Orpington, Kent, 10 mins from J4 M25.

Hi there, interested in 3.77 diff from the auto..
Same question, where in England are you?

BTW Tim, because you replied first, you called dibs if you're into any of these parts though...

Whereabouts in the land of grace and favour do you reside Mr Spops? Also.... why are you selling an auto rear axle and an overdrive box? I'd have thought you'd be keeping one or the other.
