They are held on with those small flat (& sharp)discs aren't they? These are difficult to remove without breaking the lugs, many vents suffer same as yours. Might be one at stores in a dash crash roll that has seen better days: can check next visit in March if you don't get sorted before then. PS: Are they handed? Can't remember if n/s will do o/s? G
