Leaf springs currently on the car are past their best.

I do have a replacement 2nd hand set which I can compare visually but if anyone can give me the correct camber measurement for a new set I would be greatful.

Thanks.

Chrysler manual says for Alpine, Rapier, H120 and Hunter GLS.

Leaves = 4.
Approx unladen camber (on car) = 1.5 inches (38.1mm).

Removed from car - Laden camber = 0.36 inches (9.1mm).
Removed from car - Laden load = 610lb (277kg).

Hope that helps. The manual also has a diagram and explanation of how to measure the camber on the car. Happy to scan this in a put on photobucket if you want it.

Did have a look at my workshop manual but obviously missed the relevant bit

I'll measure the camber on the old ones before removing then compare to the new set once removed. Thanks for the info.
