I have a query about fuel for my 71 Rapier Fastback. I have been using E10 unleaded, should I be adding Tetra Boost or alike to the fuel for better engine protection and performance? I am new to a car of this era which originally used leaded fuel.

My advice is: use in the future E5 petrol. For instance I use in all my vehicles, being 2004 Harley Davidson,2002 BMW 530 I, 1965 Sunbeam Rapier Series IV and 1964 Sunbeam Tiger only BP Ultimate because this petrol contains no ethanol what so ever. Shell V Power and Esso are also good alternatives.

As above, use 98/99 unleaded whenever possible. There is often an argument that Shell V power is better than the Tesco offering, but there are plenty of test reports available online that suggest both are good.

To answer the question about additives, I use Millers VSP, read about it here;

Yes, another vote for Super unleaded and Millers VSP.
