Excellent and varied collection on show today despite the nasty start to the day weatherwise, here are some photo's I took mainly Rootes related but a couple of others that took my fancy.

Good to meet you today Dave, your Alpine certainly is very smart indeed!

Old Talbot;

Nice series IV previously seen at BCCS;

Another nice series IV, this one was for sale;

Spot the difference

A few more;

Good turn out;

Couple nice ones;

Perhaps the most interesting car of the day was this one. Built from the remains of a 1908 Brasier, it was powered by a 12 litre hispano suiza v8 aero engine and as you can imagine fairly loud! The owner had driven it to Le Mans this year, must have cost a few quid for fuel! It is chain driven (just visible in photo) and currently geared for 105 mph, with a larger cog fitted it'll do 140!!

I'm sure I missed some, perhaps someone else may have got them (Dave??)!!
