Posted - 17 Apr 2016 : 00:04:42 Yes, those later filters are poor: you loose 2 or 3 BHP with that set up. They used it on the later Sunbeam Ti too, for cheapness. As J says: better with the remote air cleaner and box or re-jetted with K&N's or similar. Cannot believe someone paid 3 figures for it . Must want it for originality I guess. G. |

That's strong money but a rare item I guess.
You'd be much better off though finding the saucepan air filter housing and orange fibreglass air box.
