Posted - 13 May 2013 : 16:43:43 Hello all, I was a member of this club many years ago when I owned a factory black 1972 rapier fitted with a Holbay engine (not an original H120 I'm afraid). I have owned two of these interesting cars in my time the other was a 1970 Rapier South African import in white (Rushed into the purchase of this one at £800 and a lot of filler in the front wing due to accident damage also has nasty aftermarket chrome wheels). I cant remember the reg of the white one (but I did see it on ebay about six or seven years ago). The black ones reg was FBH 764K. I have checked on the DVLA web site and I was the last to register the care back in 1994 ! Sold it to a bloke in Wigan I think... Anyway, I have the bug again and I am currently looking for a fine / fine-ish example (but would consider something not to far gone) . Preferably a H120 (Yes I know, isn't everybody). I have a realistic budget and would welcome any leads / pointers to cars for sale. (I will try and find some pictures of my cars to post) Chris

Hello Chris and welcome to the forum. There is a link to an H120 currently for sale in the cars for sale section, looks to be a good car at a reasonable price.

What would be a good price for a condition 2 H120 these days ? (My Practical Classics price guide from November 2011 states £2850 for a condition 2 care and £3500 for a condition 1) I take it prices have gone up a little.
Values have indeed gone up, have a look here;
