Don't think anybody would be interested in importing a sunbeam rapier sIII a to GB but it is a RHD example...
Here's the link anyway...

Search for Tatra 603 on www.youtube.com. You will find quite a few - even one racing at Goodwood.
Would't mind one myself, or maybe a 613 or 700 - very nice.

Nice, I'll surely upload some pics this week!
Wish I was there, but back then I was -7 years so...

Yes, the police escort was rather spectacular. I gather they were the Royal Protection Squad!

My wife was almost 6 months pregnant at the time. I can't remember why but we took her Stiletto instead of my Alpine and we were the only Stiletto there.

My Alpine won't float! I need one which does!!

My dad and granddad were there to!
He isn't sure they were driving our Venezia back then, but he still remembers driving true Brussels escorted by the police on old Harley Davidsons!
Must 've been memorable moments...
I'll try to scan some pics today or at least this week!

I do indeed - with Carlo Felice Bianchi Anderloni "Signor Touring" present and with the private tour of the Mahy collection.

Copies of the Venezia book are still available.

Why not? I came over to Belgium for the Sunbeam Venezia Silver Jubilee! - It's hardly a long drive!!

I've imported two Tatra 603T2s by driving them home from The Czech Republic!
