Posted - 20 Aug 2010 : 20:20:02 The guy who created that website sold his in the end I think. He had it for sale a while ago and then changed his mind but re-advertised it again soon after. Such a shame after putting all that hard work into it.
They are nice looking motors, wouldn't mind one as my daily drive!
Oh and this is the one at the NEC;

And, I saw this minx at powderham a few years ago, had a holbay engine I think, looks smart too;

Posted - 20 Aug 2010 : 13:37:27 Yes, quite a good job, but some details need attention - no lower sill covers and chrome trim (perhaps they were damaged), 1600E Rostyles don't suit it in my view. Missing black coachlines. Spotlights look odd... paint looks too glossy (the pain that is two pack)
There was another yellow one at the NEC last year that looks absolutely bang on in the pictures I have seen |

Posted - 20 Aug 2010 : 13:02:01 been watching this closely as well - love GLS's. Wonder why he's not finishing this project - look's as if a lot of the hard work has been done. You've probaly seen this one before but here's another good GLS resto
