Can the Rapier III chrome mouldings (of which there are several), be removed and refitted successfully? What is the secret?

In answer to this question, I am most surpised that no one has yet provided the answer, which is yes they can be removed easily. They snap on /off from the lower edge. But you MUST use a wide, thin, soft (wooden) blade to avoid distortion of the metal. They are held on by spring clips fitted to the body. Being in SA you shouldn't have problems with them rusting, like they do in the UK!
