I've noticed recently that I'm getting a bit of fuel leaking out of the filler cap on my fbk.
I have a spare and will fit for now but the chrome isn't up to much and this one may leak too. Can the rubber be replaced on these, if so do you know how?

Thanks

Still got some left if you need one & still going on spares on a limited basis until 1 Aug. Got some other bits put aside for you.
Hop show and trip went well.
Cheers.

Isn't it funny that sometimes its the simple way that works - pulling the rubber gasket on and off. When I have been there trying to pull the thing apart to no avail.

Ps on sunday (3rd) ill be at western park, nr Telford for the day at a show called Retro car Mania just incase anyones looking for a day out.
Cheers

Hi Martin
I fitted a new seal to mine a couple of months ago because it was leaking petrol.

What time are you leaving to go to weston Park on Sunday?
I might be interested in going myself.

Coupes are cool

For the one on the cap, it's pretty easy - you just pull the old one off and stretch the new one on.
I got a new one from Glen a few months ago.
Got it here - it says "1237914 Fuel filler seal - to flange" on the packet.

Hi mate, pretty sure Glen has some replacement seals - give him a call.
