I am in the process of fitting a Weber 28/36 DCD to my Series V, I have changed all the jets and choke tubes to the specifications I found in 'The Rapier Guide' so its all set up to run on that however the vacuum advance connection on the carb I bought is missing and so far I have been unable to find anywhere that I could get a new one, does anyone know anywhere i could get one? or whether it is possible just to remove it from the old solex and fit it to the weber?

Also I was wondering how others who had done the same conversion had fitted the crankcase ventilation pipe to the weber as it does not have a connection pipe like the solex does, is there a way of fitting it to the base plate of the oval pancake air filter i have for the weber?

Thanks, Matthew
