Here's a link to the website for this event. I am going to enter, be nice if we could gather a few cars for this one. I've not been before but did pass the showground last year and it was a big event with loads of cars.

Good that you could join us today, Glen. Once the sun did make an appearance it was actually quite hot, the red face will confirm that

Yes, just back from the event; perhaps not as large a gathering of vehicles as expected, but nonetheless an enjoyable (with sun from 12:30 ) day with J his family and his fine H120 and me with my LHD car. Some interest in the cars and two of about 3 or 4 other Rootes cars there.
I didn't take any photos, but I believe at least one was captured by J with the flag flying
An enjoyable day. I've posted a link to another show we may well do next Sunday Nr. Bath.Cheers. G |

Plan is still to attend Purbeck on Sunday for anyone wishing to join.
There has been a bit of a mix up with issuing tickets so the event organisers have advised just to arrive on the day and it will get sorted out on the gate.

OK; will keep you posted. Don't want to show up your bodywork with the trendy matt finish on mine . It is looking rather sad after little use since January: might try and polish the roof at least. G. |
