Funny story involving the Vulcan in the early 90's. I was at flambards in cornwall and a Vulcan was practising at culdrose nearby, full reheat going vertical. This poor little lad in the loo got a bit frightened by the noise and came running out with his shorts round his ankles!

Concorde there too with Brian Trubshawe doing his last ever flight & he didn't hold back, but it could not match the spine-tingling display & sheer 'chest-vibrating' show put on by the Vulcan: awsome indeed. |
