Posted - 21 Jun 2016 : 19:26:36 The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs are conducting an online survey open until end of June 2016. According to its website it exists to uphold the freedom to use historic vehicles on the road by representing our interests to politicians, legislators in UK and Europe.
