This is a long shot...the weber dealer in sunbury no longer can find this info....
There were recommended starting points for uprated engines (stage 1 / stage 2) if memory
serves me correctly one was a jetting change and one was to go from 30mm chokes to 33mm. Does anyone have this info or know someone who knows?

i've got twin 45's on mine, but you will need to bore out the inlet manifold to suit and re seal ass appropriate - however i am getting a ton of bottem end torque as a result.

Sounds H120. I think if engine had been uprated - I forget which bits changed for stage 1 & then stage 2 - then firstly you could re-jet the standard 40's, but if tuned to next level some people put DCOE 45's.
Depending on what has been done to engine this may or may not be necessary, 40's should be quite adequate for any additional tuning, but agreed if you're running with more BHP & say K&N's, then some re-jetting is required.
We really need to know what engine mods have been done to assess whether webers need upgrading - in standard H120 set up, at the time, they were a compromise between performance & economy. Cheers G.
