Hello

What a surprise on the AA-Phone this morning. I wanted to insure my new Fastback and after about 20 mins spending on the phone, the clerk told me, the do not insure classic cars. This after I told her already at the beginn of my enquiry, that I bought a 68 Sunbeam Fastback. This shows a light of how educated the callgirls and callboys really are. She wasted all in all about 1 hour of time, for something which could be done in max. 5 mins.

«Enojosa»!!!

So, does anybody want to recommend an insurer or broker?

Thanks for help.

Thanks for this. I will try to get a quote from both companies.

Best greetings from the Isle of Arran in Scotland.

For me RH of Brentwood (Richardson Hoskin) First class service & my Fastback was c. £75 to insure for the year with 3000 mile limit. 01277 206912 or I think this freephone still works - 0800 783 3280.
Of course the club has an arrangement with Heritage, so I should be supporting them, but have had such good service from RH over the years that I'm loathe to change. Worth trying both though. Cheers. G.
