OK, I know what the answer to this question should be, but I will ask anyway as I have a different answer.
What is the thread size of your Arrows range car Oil Filter?
NOTE I do not want to know the part numbers from a particular manufacturer or where I can obtain them.

I ask because it should be 3/4 - 16 UNF as per the part book (and I have several of the adapters from the block that are this size), but on the engine I am currently building, I could not get the Oil Filter to fit. Right have I picked up a wrong Oil Filter? NO. Try it again, Still wont fit. Then looked at threads and thought to try something. A modern spin off Oil Filter with M20 x 1.5 pitch. Yippee. Now I have an Oil Filter that fits and can get another if I want (Quite easily in fact as metric ) But has anybody else found this? Or done this modification.

Sometimes I think laterally, but then I have to get up!
