Hi glen,
May be , I don't know what a fastback one looks like.
However, there is no load in the switch itself as it only sends low power to the relay which itself connect the power to the solenoid.
The difference between aflasher and an overdrive switch is that the overdriveone does not stay in the commuted position but returns to the non connected position automatically. For example turn right position for overdrive and turn left position for the direct drive.
but I will investigate the fastbacksolution.
Thanks

Cheers
Gilles

Maybe; but what about starting with a Fastback one? I think the load that goes through the switch is quite high, so maybe an indicator one is not robust enough & it is better to use something suited more to the purpose? I don't know; it was just a thought. Cheers. G

Thanks Glen.
I am thinking that a flasher switch, if I modify it, will do the job instead of a proper OD switch.
Even a broken one. so....

best regards
Gilles
